Did you get rid of all the duckweed?
I love frogs! Don't know what happened to mine, one day I had a ton and now not a single one in sight...I wonder if the heron paid my pond a visitImage

I haven't seen the Duckweed in several days now. If I see any I will pluck it out as I check each day for it.
Hoping it is gone as I put the plants all back in there so they can get growing :beaming:

Frogs and tadpoles now. The tadpoles are getting bigger each day. At fist I could hardly see them, now it is easy to spot them hanging on all the rocks sucking up algae.

always cool to watch them grow, hey lil queenie? Most of my green frog tads overwintered; I can see them in the patio pots; no legs yet but larger for sure. These remind me of toad taddies; you sure they're frogs? As they get nearer to leaving, be sure to take some pics for ID's sake!

@brokensword I'm sure they are tadpoles as never have heard or seen any toads around here. Wish we had green frogs here. I'll take more pix of them as they grow.

nice tad pics, lil queenie! I got new tads too (green frogs) and saw some older, larger ones from LAST year, in another potted lily. Haven't seen any legs or froglets yet either, though there was 2 last summer. Duckweed in remission still?

@brokensword every once in awhile I see one tiny piece of Duckweed but I look twice a day for it and get it out every time I see it.
I think if I keep up on it it will eventually lose the war.
