Annuals I start from seed every year

Aside from Cannas and Dahlias these are just some of the annuals I like to harvest the seeds and plant every year, because they are bright, compacted, attract pollinators and bloom non stop until frost so to me it's worth the work

That's an Heliotrope, and if you've never planted it before I suggest you give it a try because it it the most fragrant of all blooms I've ever smelled...sniffed...you also only need 1 plant cause just like Coleus, it starts easily from cuttings.

Thank you! The purple Heliotrope was not started from seeds, I usually buy one plant and cut clippings to root and propagate. This year will be my first for collecting its seeds, they are so small I hope I can find them among the fakes of dried petals

There is a pink variety but I've only seen the purple here
